Article 1, Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to every order placed on adepsia.fr by a non-business customer (a consumer within the meaning of French and European law). ADEPSIA reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; the applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 2, Prices
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges. ADEPSIA reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price charged will be the one in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 3, Placing an order
The order is finally confirmed after:
- Selecting products and adding them to the basket
- Checking and confirming the basket
- Entering delivery details
- Choosing a payment method and confirming
- Receiving an order confirmation email
Article 4, Payment
Payment is made securely online through Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
The order is dispatched once full payment has been confirmed. If payment fails, the order is cancelled.
Article 5, Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided when ordering. Available delivery methods, estimated times and the corresponding charges are shown to the buyer when ordering, before confirmation and payment.
ADEPSIA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 6, Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, without having to give a reason.
To exercise this right, notify us by email at contact@adepsia.fr. You then have 14 days to return the product. You remain responsible for the cost of return postage.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products whose packaging seal has been broken if they cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Article 7, Statutory guarantees
ADEPSIA products benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code).
Article 8, After-sales service
For any complaint, contact the workshop at contact@adepsia.fr. We will reply within 2 working days.
If a dispute remains unresolved, you can seek mediation through the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Article 9, Data protection
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy, which complies with the GDPR.
Article 10, Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will try to find an amicable solution before taking legal action. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
