Refund policy
You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact contact@adepsia.fr within this period. You then have 14 days to return the product.
Returns result in a refund. Commercial exchanges are not offered.
Products must be in their original packaging and must not have been tested or used. For hygiene and safety reasons, the inner seal must not have been peeled back or removed.
You are responsible for the return delivery costs.
The steps for returning the product or products are:
- Send an email to contact@adepsia.fr stating your order number and the product or products concerned. We will send you the instructions required for the return.
- Pack the product or products in their original packaging, carefully securing them to prevent any breakage during transport and, where applicable, include the duly completed return form.
- Send the parcel to the following address:

Once we have received your parcel, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If all return conditions are met, the amount paid for the returned product will be refunded to the payment method used when placing the order.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale.
These conditions do not limit your statutory guarantee rights, particularly for defective or non-conforming products.
